Default 35-7 total weight

Tought I would post the weight of the boat and trailer all together. Went to a scale today! Tongue weight is 1220 pounds. Total weight is 14020 pounds! Honnestly, I tought it would weiht WITH the trailer around 11-12000 pounds...
Next step is to weight the trailer alone so I know exactly how much weight the trailer alone and at the same time the exact weight of the boat alone... But that's gonna take a couple weeks so I'll let you know!

what kind of trailer do you have...with that total weight I assume a painted steel vs. aluminum.

I bet it's more than that....I had an aluminum 40 38 footer that weighed 1,800. Your trailer is probably more like 3,000lbs.

How much fuel was in it? You put 160 gallons of fuel in there and...... Plus all those little things like dock lines and so on add up to a lot of weight.

in that case, I prefer to have a heavier trailer so my boat is then lighter in the water, but I can't wait to weight the trailer alone!
