54 GPS turning 4100 with 23 mirages, 3 people, full of fuel. I believe with a 21 mirage and a lighter load of fuel i can get to 58-59. My motors are 350 mags BONE STOCK with 595 hrs. :D

I wonder if that combination would break 60mph?

I looked at this boat in person today. Overall a nice boat with new power. The boat was completely repainted, except for the swim platform...which indicated what the boat was like before the paint. The platform was rough and looked like it was put back together with copious amounts of marinetex. Rubrail didn't quite fit right and was breaking loose at the platform. Upholstery was nice inside and out, some of which looked like it was recently replaced. I'm sure the owner has a ton of $$$ in the motors, drives, paint and other restoration work. But I think I'd rather find a well maintained original boat.

Broker called today, this boat sold last week.

I've narrowed my search to either a 292 or 311 and it looks I'll need to increase my budget a bit. My wife would prefer an enclosed head rather than a portapot...so I think the idea of a 272 is out.

I'm in the low 30K range, maybe up to $35K...after that the numbers don't add up for me. Thanks for the lead though.

Never know what he may do,he is paying for 2 boats right now,That 311 has more updayes than any other in that price range, actually we took a running video today,74 mph gps!! I just got home.
no other 311 will run that for that kind of money.

This one went quick for $25K... I'd prefer a 292 if we decide to go with a sportboat over a SS or PC but this seemed like a good deal.

I called the guy today and he seemed disappointed it went so quick...guess he should have asked for a higher price....

I'm pretty sure a guy I know bought that boat. I saw him Sat on the river and he told me Monday (yesterday) he was going to Williamsburg to look at a 272 that was a little rough. I'll have to keep an eye out for him in the next few weeks......
