Yes it is. I had the same thing happen last year. I filled the boat up and put it in the warehouse during a hot week. It must have leaked out 3-4 gallons of fuel and it stained the white part on the hull all the way down to the fender. I installed these two "valves" that Formula recommended. I forget how much they were. (Bought them through MajicFloat) Haven't leaked a drop since. I'll be able to get the name of the devices next weekend when I get down to the boat.
duken what did you use to get off the stain, I tryed a couple things today but didnt get a chance to really work on it
