By plumbing, I meant re-routing the hoses so that it cools properly. Stainless doesn't make the T-stat housing that will accomodate the temp and alarm senders! :rolleyes: Go figure! So, I had to remove the restrictor balls on the rod and cap off the hoses that used to go to the manifolds and use the hoses that used to go to the risers (from the T-stat housing) and route them to the bottom of the manifolds. The result is a cool 160 degree cruise temp! :cool:

I know what you mean about twins! Any time I replace something on one engine/drive, I automatically do it on the other...it's simply a matter of a little time before the same happens to the other engine/drive! :p
