With anywhere from 5 to 10 inches of rain
possible in the mountain areas, how much mess do you think will be released again out of the Susquehana and other tributaries and mess the bay up again like in July.
Lets hope this thing breaks up some more in the next 36 hours.

Well, call me a pansy if you like, but my attendance will be based on what I see when I get to the marina tomorrow. If anyone cares, my cell number is (610) 496-2703. Let me know what you guys decide!

This afternoon I drove down to Galesville, MD on the West River. The wind was blowing right up the river, the marina (next to Pirate's Cove) at the mouth of the river was taking a beating. High tide is at 12 midnight tonight. Here is a picture of Thursday's restaurant. This Regal was taking a beating.

Yeah guys i was thinking of comming up tomorrow but with a 15-20mph
wind the bay won't be very forgiving and i only have 27ft of boat not 40'.
I'm all in for a reschedule....

I think I can make it on Saturday the 9th.
Actually, I was there yesterday just by chance around 3:30. Pulled in, got the last empty slip and 4 seats at the bar. Place was pretty crowded, and had a waiting line for tables. Received better service sitting at the bar. Coudln't get out before the rain hit though, by then the water really laid down nice, and with no other boats on the river, the cruise back in at 50+ wasn't that bad, unless you stuck your head above the windshield.
If Saturday's weather holds out, I'll see everyone there.

So did anyone make it out? I was in Rehoboth DE and the weather was nasty most of the morning. How was the Bay and did anyone get together? If no one made it is there a reschedule?
