I'm a funeral director and I named my previous boat (a 311 Formula) "Major Undertaking". As boat owners we ALL know what a pain in the A$$ boats can be and how expensive our hobby is!

My 382 is named Willy quick ..my name is Bill but a lot of my friends call me Willy so I guess it fits
|
Naming my 242 same as my previous 330; "Squanderer" because one the obvious squandering of my money , but also I live in a town called Manasquan and we all call it Squan for short. Little play on words.

Thanks Sam, I was just trying to envision how that boat would have looked if I had taken a nail gun and some teak to it! |
Mine is " Quick Getaway"

Named our last boat (32' Carver Mariner) "Social Therapy" because it fits what we do with the boat (socializing) and our son is autistic, but seems much more grounded and in control when he's on the water. The people who bought the Carver immediately changed the name. Our new-to-us 255 Liberator was unnamed so we are reusing "Social Therapy". It's just a cool name.

I sell Volkswagens so my boat's name is "Think Blue" and also have a smlaan "bluemotion technology" sign under the name.

When I got my new to me 271, it was named "Wastin' Away." How cliche is that? Fairly sure I had that name off the boat within 2 days of ownership. I have since renamed it "Formula For Fun"
