CSI is Customer Satisfaction Index,kind of like a JD Power Rating that really doesn't mean that much,but nice for advertising.It is a factor of the surveys sent to buyers about how happy they are with their dealer. Actually that was last year,we were knocked out of #1 this year by another dealer,maybe Glencove,not sure,help me out here Selpel
