Looking for a Silent Thunder Box of 87 to 91 Vintage with the recessed tow eyes like these....

I already spoke to them and all they would do is separate the boat and trailer. Of course you never can tell what a few more months might do.

Mike , Chuck (C Spray) was giving one away. Problem is it's the later style that is the removable box under the platform

The higher style has additional clearence in the center for external center mount hydraulic steering to allow to to tilt your drives. Plus the outlets are higher and I want to make it a Thru Thunder like some others have done.

Is it all big block boats that have this platform? I'm not sure how many different SR-1 ST platforms there were/are, but there's at least a few.

Update on St box.
Talked to my local fiberglass guy and he assured me it would be no problem to shorten the center exhaust pod up to the pipes , glass it and re gel coat it. The box is coming off next Friday and shrinkwrapped Saturday
