Mine was the daily driver, 2000 Ram. Had the oil changed about three weeks ago, tried opening the hood the other day. Just wasn't happening, was planning on taking it back cause they were the last ones under it. So first thing in the a.m. stop by state farm then of to the oil change place and see if they'll own up

Good luck with the oil change place. If ya need advice, Axa used to work at a Jiffy Lube before going into financial planning, (hell, he might be going back) I'm sure he could explain the policy on guys coming back 3 weeks later looking for a free hood and windshield

I skipped the lube shop, just went to the insurance company made the claim and dropped it off at a body shop about an hour ago. Still have an issue with the tires loosing air that I'll take up with them afterwards. Yes they put the tires on also. I thought it would make for an interseting converstion if I had gone there first, but then again they might ban me from returning and they have some of the best prices in town. On the other hand I know cheap never wins.

Wrong "Guy"...not me. I owned several Jiffy Lube stores, but never got my hands dirty. Sure your not having flashbacks about your old job that I gave you dragging your knuckles?
