I'm still banking on the beak boat.

Reasons:
Cabin will be gutted
Windshield removed
Cleats taped over aerodynamically
10 gallons of fuel on board
no coolers, fat towels, shoes, fenders or lines on board
snap-in carpet removed
boat launched 4 minutes before flag drop to assure no extra moisture weight
Sam nor anyone else allowed to go along
Pete will be wearing only a Speedo and doo-rag
Finally, Pete only weighs half what Dave weighs.

That's awesome Bird .... Keep it up .....
Don't forget the ole'Ragged doll up that will be put on the hull for the super duper extra clean speed coat of wax so there is no friction on the water ..... no water molecules sticking to him I might add .... That's one Mo Fo fast ride beatch ....

"Almost" only counts in horseshoes 5P. You boys take the EGG on your face sunny side up, or over easy? The cook says she needs to know in advance. You pizz her off and you'll get them bent over and not easy, she's on my side.

Thanks Bird! I knew I could count on you. Chef Sam says to tell you any way you want them, side of bacon or ham, hashbrowns, and toast, on a plate, served with a smile. Oh, regular or decaf?

BTW, Burbon is an acquired taste, one that comes with time and circumstances in ones life. At this point in my life I'm pretty dialed in, dishwater ain't ever gonna fly.

I actually believe he will be launching from the travel lift artificially on plane and out of the hole at about 5200 rpms. Boat version of a pinks style smokey burnout. Been awhile since I saw smoke in the travel lift

You tell her I'll take 'em, any way she wants to cook 'em, long as she serves 'em up in just an apron and a set of FMP's.

Team Formula is still gathering parts for the "Boat Off". Motor number 1 is off the dyno and polished/ shrink wraped and ready to install. Oh how I would love to brag about the results....Just not yet though. As for 5PM, I think he was doing all the talking...I was just smiling.

Team Adrenaline Rush has to take the front seat right now. All this pressure to be at Biloxi with a boat that will finish the race and all. Off to Utica tomorrow to finish the motor install and drive. Hope to fire it up and do an electrical check tomorrow with hopes of testing next week in NJ. We have a safety boat and crew lined up and several props to try.

Just found out that the Speed Channel and the local media have set up several interviews with us starting on Thursday when we arrive in Biloxi. I didn't know we have to attend meet and greet's every night either. Man, I'm exhausted already. Gonna be a busy summer between the Bay and the Race circuit.

That's all for now....Gotta get some rest.

Dave

PS...Great day last Sunday!

She just said their your eggs and she'll do anything you want with them! Gotta love a Team Player.

BTW, she said the FMP's are "Spikey"
