Thanks to all at The Boathouse ! Even my 'broken' boat could not spoil a great time.
First and most important thanks goes to Ragged, who not only made slip (aka a parking spot.......NOT a fall off the dock) arrangements, but then let me rob parts from his engines to get my boat running and save my wedding anniversary celebration. Peter never hesitates to help a friend and his generosity is appreciated.
Next Axa, then 5PM for getting the weekend started with a raft-up and a 'quick' lesson in speed on my boat, followed by a professional photo shoot of Axa's 353 coming back in.
Then Rockstar for loading us up for a happy hour cruise on the sweet Sea Ray to numb us up before dinner.
Ragged set us up at The Admiral for a round of stiff drinks before a nice meal and more tales of treachery.
Always a good time with great people, feels like a home away from home. Thanks to all for the hospitality. Also the entire staff at Hutchinson Boat Works for their help in diagnosing my boat. Ragged is definitely a player there, you drop his name and all requests are met with timeliness and professionalism.
BTW Ragged, now I REALLY owe you that high mph ride......I am completely ashamed that Axa and 5PM got the opportunity to ride before the last fuel issue hit, and you did not get the ride and thrill you deserve. Next time is going to have to be much sooner than later, and after all the favors I guess you deserve to drive

Kelly,
Was great to have you and Julie in the house. Sorry I missed friday's lesson,
but then I'm already a believer!
Actually we did get a ride, and I was handed the wheel. Believe I saw 25 or so, will admit I was hoping to add one little number to that.

Kelly and Julie, you are always welcome anytime. Loved the triple digit ride, thank you, what an awesome piece! Not to mention the cool hands at the wheel! Hope you get that small issue straightened out quick. Let me know if I can help. Best to Julie from us both. Hope to see you again soon!

Interesting thing happened this weekend, went to the offshore races in Port Huron yesterday, ran into the Adrenalin Rush crew, asked if anyoff them new AXA. Reply I got was I know you. It was Jake runnin throttles on the power one boat and his Dad was driving. They placed third in case you're wondering.

Up goes the hot air balloon for another season.
Here's a thought, just off the top of my head.
Why not just everyone have a nice weekend, go out for a rip, pick you patch of water and run your best number. At the end of the day just put it up on the recall, best number takes it! New number, old number, any number that is GPS in nature is in the mix.
I will exclude my old number, the 94 I hit back then. My number will have to be higher to count. How's that for fair?
Far as you Stepper, If I can not better your number by 25+ I will hand you a crisp $100 dollar bill on the dock on saturday night. However if I do, get out the Franklin and the crying' towel!!!
P.S. Just remember that Kelly O was in the Biotch bilge last week playing with chit. I may be old school and not real high tech, but he sure as he!! is.
Just to clarify the GPS deal, handheld in the car won't cut it.

RAGGED !!!! Pretend this is poker, don't show your hand till everyone plays their cards.
As for what was done in your bilge early Thursday AM......no one quite knows for sure, but I am eager to hear the results.

Must be missing something here. You repower, see a nice gain and I'm somehow upset, threatened, or might chit myself over that? Not at all Jeff, happy if it works out well for you, simple as that. I would bet that Hot Stepper would let you into his 2011 King of the River Run should you feel up to it.
Far as the last couple posts. Some have their guys, some have their wizzards. All I have is my high tech farmer friend. My money is on Kelly O.
P.S. Bump Cheeka Cheeka Bow Wow ???
