YES, Kevin, I was close after 20+ years!
axa- finally got that sticker I was missing
painless- i gotta "guy"
my guy says if I want to put the boat in the water i can keep it at his place just up from the bridge
can't describe how nice the set-up is!
3 boats and 3 'Vettes you can get the idea...
might have to take him up on that for a few weeks

I think the sons name is Kevin. Bought my first Formula there. Still owned my almost new piece of s$$t Imperial. Wife was not happy with owning (paying for) two boats. That first Formula was an '88 223SS. Bought it in '92. Had 90 hours on it. All the canvas, pillows, potty, etc were still in the factory wraps!! An undertaker from Morristown bought it new from Wright's Marina. That boat was absolutely like new! I smiled every time I drove it. What a difference between that hollow kettle of junk and that Formula!!! Took it up the a$$ when I sold the Imperial. Ended up selling for less than I owed!! Live and learn.

That 223 has been around. Third after you had it, at some point made it's way to Pittsburg and then my Brother-in-Law and sister bought it. We brought it back upstate and they used it mostly on The River and down in albany area. They went into a 242 and think the 223 went to the Rochester area. Was in great shape when it left his hands. Trying to find a pic of that boat that I had floating around that was wall worthy.

We were absent this past weekend but stopped by to check on the Biotch on the way home late Sunday afternoon. Ran into Hot Stepper and the first thing out of his mouth was that the King of the River Run was on this comming weekend. Not to bring this chit up again but I did tell him I would cover $250 on a one way run and a solid $1000 on a "down and back" run what you brung deal.
Just a FYI for the Big Busters out there. Game on?

A whole day and none of the bad azz ball busters have jumped on this deal. WTF, there must be at least one of you flag bearers out there that has nads enough to step up and put your narcissistic ego on the line here. Stepper claims he is in with his 496 powered 280 Velocity, you big men that scared of the possibilitiy of Bev on the sticks?

Another year has come and gone, Hot Stepper has left and is Michigan bound, not a single Flocker stepped up to take up his challenge for King of The River.
I can only wonder if this TIBBC thread should not be changed to the Thousand Islands Big Bullchitters Club thread. Lots of talk and no action.
Perhaps the Boathouse Flocker tension took away from this event. What a shame, boys you need to grow up!

what was that about flocker tension?
thought my departure was to be the end of all boathouse tension and drama?
looking for one or two "nice" 50/80/125cc 4 wheelers (4 stroke pref) no Chinese junk if anybody has/spots something let me know
later model with full footboards a plus

Guess it might be why the most popular flocker thread was found on page 3. Slept thru it myself but hear tell it was, to quote Bird, Not Good. Your leaving, it would seem, was not the end all, cure all. End of season mimicked the old saying, "Thrill of Victory, Agony of Defeat." The Boathouse Flockers departed early for varied reasons.
I just spent the fall season in search of the big number. Love that thrill of victory. Problem right now is the prop wizzard tells me that the Hydros are backordered till spring.
BTW is that 22 Pac your old one? Have someone I have thought of mentioning it to.

I ran into the second owner a couple weeks ago also...hadn't seen him in years.
but... I do see one of his daughters at work and brought in pics of her at a very very smoking 18 striking poses in a tiny bikini on the back of my boat partying somewhere back in '91
blew her mind...
and BTW she's still really sharp and a total live-wire
