Yowzer Wrapped that sucker right around and back to the peg. You must have a big bad mofo Bag-O-Tricks.

Wazzup in Flockerville this morning? Any chit chat that I'm missing?

This thread has died....

All of the "Cats" are out of the bag now...Of course it's time to fess up and admit that it took a set of props from Ragged's Fountain to get my old sled to 90MPH (a few tenths off, but close enough). The extension boxes and -2" Sportmaster lowers are cool looking, but not getting me where I thought they would. I'll continue to mess with it a little, but the summers short...I wanna boat, not wrench.

A few more things to try:
Change the rotation back to turning out.
A 30 to 32 pitch 5 blade.
A labbed 32 four blade.

Get the cruise back up and shoot for a new top end number.

I went for a ride in Ragged's Fountain this weekend and I have to say it is a nice ride. Strong, although the speed wasn't quite there. Weather, conditions, and the amount of fuel in the boat seem to affect the top end. But overall, I was impressed. Nice smooth ride and not too much noise with that windshield either.

All in all, a nice weekend of boating and cocktailing. Getting the “River Liver” back in order. Off to Sunny Isles Beach Florida on Thursday for the OSS race on Sunday. I’ll report back soon!

Dave

Nothing like a little Fountain MoJo to perk up a Formula. I 've been trying to tell you guys that for years now.

90 isn't 90 till it's 90!!! Close only counts in horse shoes and hand grenades, this ain't either. You were close, so what other Fountain parts would you like to borrow? I've got some spare lighting bolts, should be worth a mph each, want a pair?
