97 312 looks as good as the day it left the factory not a single crack any where.

I have a 2000 312, If I had the room to store it and the prices are what they are now I would have got the 353. I paid 68k in 10-07. Not that there is a thing wrong with my 312, its just when your offshore your boat seems to shrink. Bigger is better.

I have a 98 312 with 306 hours on it with trailer, that Im looking to upgrade with, looking to sale or trade.

3Wood, I have a 312 with none of the hull issues you are seeing. Sounds like that one may have suffered some external damage. Sounds like you may be in Michigan (Monroe). I have a 97 with 280 hours, may be able to work something out if you are interested. Let me know: ttorpss at aim dot com
