Has anybody installed offshore water pickups on a 382 nonstep ? If so where and what kind ?

Would the "non-step" make a difference? What kind of pickups? For intercoolers? For genset?

I have a notch in the transom that is only 1 3/4 tall .Steped boats have a taller notch. What will work ?

So.......for intercooler pickups? I wouldn't thing that would make much difference......but what do I know?

I was going to run the motors off the pick ups and the inter cooler off the drives. and I don't know
