Default Anyone need a set of Maximus props for 382?

I have a set that I bought and they are just collecting dust. I never tried them and have decided to just stick with 4 blades. Let me know if anyone needs a set of Maximus. 26 pitch labbed 5 blades, no nicks or scratches. Jody 619-990-8248

I thought they'd be worth $1200 in that condition. If they're not, make me an offer.

FYI, I use 28 Bravos and I was told to drop down to 26 if I tried Maximus. For what it's worth.

Thanks but I made 630 HP and 700 TQ with a fully dressed set of 540's..... that's why I think I need the bigger props.

I currently have 28 bravo's on my 382 with 500 efi's. What will they do for me.

First run after freshening the motors, I am still only getting 4800 wot @ 70 mph.
3500 at 53 mph

Cruise speed is pretty good I think, and the boat shoots out of the water on plane very fast with no tabs.

I would like a little more on top. T500, what would these props do for me?

I am supposed to have my props labbed (David's recommendation)

Buy my boat.....oh yeah, too late, but you asked.

Theroetically, the 26 Maximus should be close to the same WOT as the 28 bravo but provide better mid-range cruise..Sounds like your already cruising at a good speed (is that GPS speeds cause it sounds high?). You definitely need to get the rpm's up closer to 5,200 and the 28's should do that.....maybe the props need some work? I do not like labbed props but I boat where trash in the water is common so that is why.

Yes, gps speeds. One prop is in new condition, the other is a little rough.

I am not sure what route to take with these props.
