Damn , I know the market is bad, I am taking a $15k bath here. This is the cleanest 312 in the country.

Even though it appears you're out in Cali, that price makes it doable for an Eastcoaster. Your trailer looks perfect too. Salt water? Doesn't appear so by looking at that steel trailer.
