I had one made a few years ago. It was over $500....it would be cheaper to pay some kid to go diving for yours (dockside power adapter..long story

Make a pattern, and send it to them. I did this on my Sonic years ago, and it came out 150% better than expected. Go with the 40oz.
That said, you ought to be able to just order a new one from MagicFloat here on OSO as well.
