Putting new interior in boat over the winter. I was wondering where I would find another snap in carpet. I heard it was a pain in the rear going through Wellcraft.
Anybody have any info???
Thanks,
Shawn

Hey 29,
When I wanted to put carpet over the pirelli flooring in my old Pantera, I went to a local upholstery shop. They were able to order me marine grade carpet in almost any color ( I was looking for purple). I made a pattern out of cardboard and took it to them. they cut the carpet and bound the edge. I got a snap kit from the local Boat/US store and put the snaps in myself. I forget what it cost me but it was alot cheaper than factory stuff, I can tell you that. Hope this helps.

Hey 29...
I think that scarabman has the plan... I did exactly the same thing and for very little more expense had two sets made...
Just as a side note it was cheaper to have two than one from
Wellcraft...
Tnx, Karl
