Might need to sell 357
#21
Still have the boat. Never took any photos or advertised it any where other than this post. I kind of got discouraged with some of the responses in this post. Although I would still like to get rid of the boat I wasn't in any great hurry. The economy hasn't really hurt my income to the point where I need to sell it, I'm just tired of it. I guess I lack the proper motivation. I am in the exact same situation you were regarding keeping the drives/engines/steering. I would also need about the same money, I was thinking 15k no trailer, 18k with trailer. Although it is a big jump in price I think I would need about 25k with drives and trannys(no boots)(I'm not putting it back together either). The drives are still perfect with all bearings and seals replaced and I've got a lot invested in the trannys that haven't been used yet. I would rather keep all the KAAMA stuff and sell the boat for less. Putting in the engines in and selling it complete isn't really an option because once the boat is finished I will keep it. I am just tired of having a project. It won't fit in my driveway and the indoor storage facility isn't really thrilled about letting me do any work there. Thanks for your interest.

I think that boat in craigslist might be one that was for sale on OSO about 4 or 5 years ago. If it is, it was originally owned by a guy in California. I remember he was looking to have it transported to the east coast when he sold it. It was a nice boat but remember that it only sold in the high $20k's.
