Glad to hear you've got her running. For speed information, my 382 had 500efi's with 8 PSI Prochargers when I bought it. I was told the boat ran 98.....I saw 95 in flat water and 5 people on board (I have removed them and built 540's now). Just thought you'd like that little piece of information!!

Joni O,

The boat only hit 100 once when was being tested. The motors were originally detuned and it ran a consistant 95-96. What drives do you have on the boat? Going from the XR's to the B-Max's to Konrads will result in parasitic loss and scrub off some speed but become more reliable.

Johni_O very cool that you got the boat back in good condition. Congratulations, that was a major under taking. We definitely want to see pics of her, can you share with us what it cost you to complete the repairs.

Oddly enough, what reminded me to follow up with your progress was when I came across on another site the add that still has your boat listed for sale with the original damaged pics.
