Default Transducer replacement

I have to replace the depth sounder transducer on my 2000 260ss (puck style). Does anyone know if the cable to the dash will just slide out of the tube that runs up the right side of the boat or is it secured to the other wires with tie wraps which will make it a pain to remove.

Thanks

Just leave the original cable there and run a new nice and neat. No one will ever know.

I will if I have to, I was hoping to use the old cable to pull a string thru & then pull the new cable back with the string.
