Feb. 2003 Powerboat magazine needed

I am looking for the Feb 2003 issue of Powerboat magazine. I need the magazine or the article on how they mount K-plane trim tabs on a Fastech 271. Anyone out there have one I could purchase?? Thanks, Jeff Wurl
