I know this is an old post… any chance you have a template for those panels for the 382!?

WOW....that was a long time ago.(and I sold the boat in 2010)

I don't have a template but you do. I removed the panel and traced the top of the old panel then measured the available space outward in each direction to fill the space that exists and traced the old panel along those dimensions. It ended up adding an inch or 2 in every direction. Then covered the panel with matching replacement material.
