Wise A, i have a few secrets for the good hookup will try to get you some pics in a P.M. 4mulafastech, have not touched the bottom be would like to know if you have any ideas to free it up a little the boat still runs wet. The new props from BBLADES are going to have some more cup added to them to get the bow lifted some i hope. Brad, the uppers were built by Dick Tryce of Dicks Performance Marine with all his upgrades (Mr Gadgets on here) read a few post i think you will find that the drives will be ok i built the lowers myself with all XR parts and with a little sense i think they will be ok also.

I plan to make serious upgrades sometime in the future with my 292, so it is interesting seeing a similar hull (your 312) running so nice. I know they are different animals (small blocks Vs big blocks), but both are similar in length and Fastech hulls. Mine weighs around 7500 lbs. How about your 312?
From the numbers posted your slip is around 17%. I think there is definitely room for improvement there. I have read good things about Brett at BBlades and his ability to tweak Bravo props. I'm sure he has some ideas on how to free up the hull with some prop work and improve those slip numbers.
If you don't mind, PM those hookup secrets to me as well. Again, very impressive 312. I'm sure it will be a consistent 100mph+ runner after fully dialed in.

Past Due, would appreciate the p.m. I'm running 502s stroked to 540ci, aluminum heads, whipples cranked to the max pully size, around 7 psi boost. Plenty of power, but the boat is extremely hard to drive from low 90s up. Think i could go faster if it wasnt so spooky. My props are spinning out, thought about trying in, wich way are yours?

I am turning my props in it lifts the back of the boat better and mine got a little more stable when i did this i will have those pm to you guys in a little while. I think we are going to end up sanding the bottom of the boat with 400 wet sand paper is supposed to show good results
