I want to be able to trim way up because some times I have shallow water at my dock with a log in there. Plus the thought of my son or some one trimming up with out realizing what they are doing....

That is how my buddy has his. The exact same set up in fact. He can not really get to his dock when the lake is low because he can not trim up enough. I am going to see if maybe I can flip my Marine Machine ones over and have it work.

Shortened center pod and Merc spacers in trim rams to limit travel. Used lower mounting holes for hydraulic lines

Thanks for the link! That is what I was thinking would work. You even got your rams in with the lines up top with that mod.
