I thought the 292 came with Corsa ss exhaust? Your boat did look really good coming out of the hole.
They have corsa pipes from the mercury cast iron manifolds and risers.I eliminated them and just ran 4" exhaust hose from the riser to the tips.I blocked off the prop exhaust with plugs I got from cp performance and removed one baffle from each tip.

Sorry for OT - but what do you meen by "you need the ECM"?
If you are referring to a new or updated control unit, why do you need to change this? So far people told me not to expect any additional power by this mod, but instead the benefit is weight of the rear. In such case I would think the original programming would do?

And to stay on topic, in this clip you can see my 292 far away in a Poker Run while I'm chasing the lead. I really like this as I am going way faster than the rest of the field. Unfortunatly I'm not in there for long, but watch closely to the left in a far distance between 0:56 and 1:00 in the movie.

Here's another from the same Run, where I'm coming in first: (watch at 0:26)

Crappy clips I know, but It's the best I've got

Sorry I was not clear,You need the bracket for the ECM and the shift linkage. As both are now bolted to the riser.

Was that a DIY job or did you have someone install them?

No this was something our club NJPPC tried run was limited to 32 ft and under.
Could probably go faster but the added weight of the life vest and kill switches (that I always wear) slow me down.

You use your own(from the boat) rubber and just tighten the clamps. They work great,If I ever have the engines out I will pull the Y- pipes but I am not taking the engines out just to do that.
