I have an 01 353 with out a gen but with shorepower. I was wondering if they have a built in power inverter that would run off the batteries so i could plug in regular house items like a blender and stuff?

My 353 doesn't, I don't think any of them do, unless it was a special order, but you can buy one and run it off your batteries, that's what I'm doing for short periods of time.

Figure out what your total heaviest load might be and then select one from there. You can probably get by with a unit small enough to tuck in near the electrical panel, where you can hook it up to the heavy 12v power cables that feed from the engine compartment.

mount the inverter as close to the Batteries as possible and run AC cord up to cabin ....more efficent .... I mounted a 1500 watt Harbor Freight under the rear seat and ran Extension cords up both sides of the boat into the cabin .....m

Maybe 353's are wired differently from my 382. 382's have a pair of 1/0 gauge (heavy) battery cables running from the engine compartment to the electrical distribution panel in the cabin. No voltage drop there.
Be careful about mounting ANY inverters in the engine compartment. Most are not USCG-approved for that, and some will overheat.
