crack the lines at the pump, if fluid comes out of the lines and the drive goes down but you may have to push down on it them the problem lies in the pump,if its still stuck solid then their are issues with the rams..

use jumper wire to jump pump to check i believe blue wire is up green is down

that would make it a solenoid which i have kind of ruled out because the motor runs when i flip the switch. i havent tried the suggestion above yet because the weather has been rain everyday. i am suspecting it is the pressure relief valve. i doont think its holding pressure and its pissing the fluid back into the reservoir therefore i am not seeing a leak.
