No offense, but I would agree that $15k is way too much for that boat. Regardless as to how nice it is, at the end of the day it is still a 23 year old, 22' teal boat. Mint I would tend to think it would bring $8-11k max.
That red/black boat for $11k is pretty nice, especially if the price is negotiable at all.
