vdo oil pressure sender
just bought a 89 242 ls and the the oil pressure gauge is reading backwards. turn key on and pegs to 80. when running drops to 40. motor was replaced and i think it has the wrong sender in it. is it possible its just hooked up wrong? where can i find a sender the works with the o.e. gauge

The Blue Wire Is The Sender Wire For Oil Psi To The Guage And There Should Be A White Wire With A Blue Tracer That Is For Low Oil Psi Alarm, That Should Help You Verify Proper Wiring
