Looks like lots of oily water! What a shame! Maybe an angry ex got a hold of it!

I.D.C.E. 08-15-2011 08:08 AM

I looked at the pics originally on my phone and was tempted to call but now that I see them on a computer..... sure is a lot of water LOL. If it was closer i'd be tempted to go pull a spark plug to see how much drains out of the each engine, and the genny.

wreckedbikes 08-15-2011 09:33 AM

Just talked to the agent. Boat was a repo, guy had an anger issue. I assume with the bank............. He cut every seat, destroyed the cabin completely, smashed all the exhaust, cut all the wiring and cooling hoses. Chances are he drained the oil and blew the motors, drive reservoirs are empty so i would assume drive are not in best shape.

wreckedbikes 08-15-2011 09:34 AM

Here is a link to 190 pics. ENJOY

What an A-HOLE.

Like it's the BANK'S problem he could not make the payments he agreed to in writing, when they loaned him their money. It's jag-offs like this that raise our insurance and interest rates, not to mention a bad send off for performance boaters. :angry-smiley-055::angry-smiley-055:

HTRDLNCN 08-15-2011 10:49 AM

All the oil caps and filters are missing on every engine including the generator, chances are he toasted all of them. What a douchenozzle..

machloosy 08-15-2011 01:17 PM

Someone should pay him a friendly visit. Boat probably isn't worth 10K WITH the trailer

DoczDock 08-15-2011 02:31 PM

That's unbelievable!! Why wouldn't the bank have him arrested for damaging their property??

waterboy222 08-15-2011 02:39 PM

All the oil caps are missing.. Bet he added somethin to them and ran it! Cut all the hoses so they wouldnt have water, maybe idled on the trailer til it popped! Who knows, but that thing is a WRECK!

quicklt1 08-15-2011 03:08 PM

thats a sick dude, kind of guy you really would never want to be around and has probably never done anything good for society and never will..shame

88242LS 08-15-2011 03:16 PM

Wow someone must have had that boat hiding somewhere for weeks to f up that much sh*t what a shame

quicklt1 08-15-2011 03:21 PM

makes no sense if you want to screw the bank pull a motor and hide it

89formula272 08-15-2011 04:01 PM

What a shame

314joey 08-15-2011 04:03 PM

What a POS, the guy not the boat, needs a real pounding.

02603sec 08-15-2011 04:26 PM

I think whoever it was, sank it? for insurance? There really isnt anything left.

Back4More 08-15-2011 04:50 PM

I know who the owner was / is... Only met him twice. Once when we saw the boat at the dock. My Formula friend drooled over it and the other time after the boat was repo'd.
Was a nice guy and if he did that would surprise me but you never know.

Expensive Date 08-15-2011 06:16 PM

The fact that the oil filters are missing is a real bad sign. Its still got some good parts though. If you could get it for 5k you could make some money parting it out.If the engines locked before they got really hot they might be able to be rebuilt. Then cut it up in 1 foot by 1 foot pieces, and spend the next 20 years throwing it out a little at a time.

jeff32 08-15-2011 06:49 PM

too bad...

PhantomChaos 08-15-2011 07:09 PM

What a FACKING mess!

wreckedbikes 08-15-2011 10:33 PM

Broker told me they would let it go for 10k

Fenderjack 08-15-2011 11:12 PM

I don't think you would get hurt for 10k even if the engines were done... I bet it would go for even less..

Hmmmmmm.....there are three motors in my Sunseeker....but they are black. :)

Expensive Date 08-16-2011 12:04 AM

Looking at the pictures again, none of the rubber hose on the headers is melted. So I think that they locked from no oil pressure before they cooked. For someone looking for engines to rebuild this is not a bad deal if it can be bought right.
I wonder how much it would cost to get rid of that hull after its stripped.

obsessed1 08-16-2011 07:43 AM

The owner did do it. Pulled the flame arrestors off and filled the motors up with a garden hose, beat it all up, cut a bunch of wiring harnesses up too. It didnt sink.

wreckedbikes 08-16-2011 08:42 AM

He filled the motors up with a garden hose???? This guy must have been angry about something. That took a while to do to a boat.

The Get Away 08-16-2011 09:06 AM

Doesn't it look like there is a bunch of silty dirt in the bilge , which leads me to believe that it was sank and was under water for a while. Or am I seeing things.

Looks to me like its a milkshake mix of water/oil......probably from pulling the oil filters and dumping them in the bilge. and if he ran them all with no oil filters, the motors would have pumped all the oil straight into the bilge. combine that with the hose water = milkshake.

Rippem 08-16-2011 10:13 AM

that took some time and energy.
the POS didn't miss much!
he should be drawn and quartered!

I think there is 10K of salvagable parts there
but what to do with the hull?
I've heard a chainsaw and chipper would make it disappear? :party-smiley-004:

HTRDLNCN 08-16-2011 11:39 AM

here all you need to do is pull fuel tank+$60 and take it to the dump,
huge landcrawlers come over and obliterate it before you even leave the dump.

obsessed1 08-16-2011 08:28 PM

It also sat outside in the cold after the damage was done, so there is a chance of freeze damage. Just a fyi for potential buyers.

So the pulleys and the valve covers are good......maybe.

PhantomChaos 08-16-2011 08:36 PM

Told a friend of mine about it and he wants to buy it. What about the transom assemblies and gimbles?
