Okay I'll take it. Did you do a new one when you did the new TV install?

Nort,
Yes; I went to solid 1/2" plexi and a piano hinge for the door when I fitted the flat screen. E-mail your address to me...

Okay.....that is slightly overkill, but it's probably the piece you cut out from the new panel so that makes sense. I still have this project to do so I will take your part for now! PM on the way.

Thanks!

Got the box yesterday. Thanks Chuck. After looking at your hinges, and looking at mine, I now realize that this is a modified part by Formula. You can see in the picture at the top. The right side of the hinges must be longer and cut off, then someone hand drills the two holes. The holes in your hinges are about a half a hole off from mine. Not sure what I'm gonna do yet.

It will not look as neat, but you could elongate the hole and use a panhead screw with a button cap over it.

Or, can you just fill the hole on the boat with some MarineTex and redrill in the right location? If so, I'd suggest doing it with through bolts if possible. The hinge itself should cover the fill spot so you would not have to get it perfect cosmetically.

No sweat, Nort. Sydwayz's suggestions make sense...
