Not sure how this happened but we must have not had the power panel door latched at some point when we were out yesterday. Who would of thought that no doing so would cause the top hinge to break from the stress of a tiny plexigalss door. LOL

Best bet would be to contact Formula tech support. I'm sure they would either sell you one or inform you as to who makes them.
