88' Formula 292 stock 454 non mag at 63 mph cupped quicksilver 23p prop at 4800rpm starting out with trim in (down) then trim out (up) 4 inches with plenty trim out (up) to cavitate before using trailer trim switch- didnt use in this vid. Best speeds before rooster tail at 63, rooster tail speeds at 58.

ya, looks like a few spots the gasket for the winshilrd shrunk and water goes in..wonder any better fix than silicone?

yes ive also heard from long time boaters that a rooster tail on a stock bravo one basically mean your just out killing your u joints etc.
when i first got my boat i had a 3 blade cleaver on it and would run around trimmed up a good amount but not into the trailer range would throw a cool roost but they said it was hard on the drives

I was no where near the trailer button...I never had an issue with shootin a tail on a bravo with trim at 7 or 8...I never had a boat where i had to use the trailer trim either to get in the power band. My boat power band is while its in the beginning of tail.

yup pull the windshiled off and reseal the bolts in the winshiled the put a new gasket on it. I can't remember but a couple guys have done it not a fun job.
