Where I work they made a few custom molds for one of our contracts. They built a positive version (what it will look like when finished) out of wood then filled and prepped the surface then did something like splashing to make the mold using orange/red fiberglass. Guess you could do the same.

311: Do you ever look through your windshield, or always over it? Could you replace the glass with alum sheet? How similar to the 311 race fairing would that be? If too tall, can you cut down the frame and then use alum? Several 302 owners have cut their frams down.
