A lot of valid points, but I'd say your biggest problem are the banks. If its price above average nada then your gonna need a cash buyer for sure. But even if it was price below it banks are not lending on older boats. I personally think its a crock of **** but I'm not a banker or lender and I'm sure they have there reasons.
I'm in the 38 foot market and gonna need the banks help, so I've got to look in the 2002 and up range and that will probably be pushing. Not to mention what RT930 said it will have to be below low nada. I think you have a real nice boat and unbelievably clean. It will take the right buyer for sure. I know when I sell my 311 I'm going to have to take a hit on it and that's going the hard after all I've put into it.
