something here dont seem right .did someone change the props on you ???. 630 hp and only turning them 4700 will hurt the motors in the long run .how was run like this as long as it has without anyone questioning it ????

My question would be where did you get the 630HP Number?

According to the Prop Slip Calculator that's 15% slip...while not great isn't terrible either.

The 357 is my friend's boat and I am trying to help him, get it dialed in.
now my 272 ? hey everything has a price, it has been running great since I bought it(nov 2012 ) 64 mph all day, very reliable with stainless marine and long custom risers, ( ready for a big hp bump)
Now my friends 357 is going back to the shop tomorrow and we'll check a couple of things, I will post dyno sheets soon , engines were built by Fever Marine in Indiana, both seller and engines builder are really experienced boaters, we'll see how it develops. But I agree, it should be running a lot faster.

Power stats from 2007.
In 2007 this boat had twin 555hp 509cu, steel head motors, aftermarket Hardin exhaust and Mallory ing. / stock bravo 1.5 drives and 24 pitch 4 blade lab props. with 100 gals and good chop boat ran 5100 rpms and was at 70 max out. At 630hp how much faster could this hull be pushed? 3-5 mph? Diego keep us posted on the numbers/stats

See the 2 attachments here showing Dyno sheets on one of the engines, it looks like at 5200 rpm we have 578HP and 583lb/Tq so 70mph should be the target with this set up.
