Thanks for your good words . . . however, I just realized that I hooked up the waste tank incorrectly . . . . . . so I'll have to make a quick fix.

It is a good thing that I took lots of pictures during the dis-assembly, as that is how I caught my error on the waste tank.

Hate when that happens, bummer.

When I was putting my dozer back together I started running into the third time was the charm Took three times to get it together correctly because I forgot something, no pics for me. Hope this is the last redo :}

I corrected the connections to the waste tank . . . here is a picture of the proper connections, just for reference. I had forgotten to run the feeder hose from the shower bilge, so there are 3 connections, not the 2 that I had initially done on re-assembly.

Just a few more odds & ends to do to get everything else back together.

Your shower bilge goes to your waste tank? That's gray water which everything else I've seen can go right over the side. This is the first I have seen, so this means that everything including your sinks all wind up in your holding tank?

Yup, that is how it is plumbed . . . It took me a while to figure it all out, as I originally assumed as you stated.

I think you got the "• Gray water holding system" option as stated in the 2001 SS brochure.

Probably . . . it has the selectable waste tank/macerator valve. I have disabled the maerator, since it is not useable except for offshore.

I am pretty much done, a few odds and ends to address.

Here is a photo of the new bulkhead with all the wiring and hardware installed.

So, it looks pretty much as it did before, but the boat is now sound again. I am finishing off some pre-season maintenance at this point and should be ready to launch in a week or so. I am hoping that the boat has a whole different (better) feel to it with all of the repairs made.

Launch day is Saturday (June 21st). . .

I have a few odds and ends to take care of Fri-Sat AM. Hopefully things will go OK, but there are always a few surprises with this amount of work done to a boat.
