Sorry just getting back to you now. Missed these messages this week.

The information you've all provided me has been extremely valuable and is allowing me to make educated decisions about this purchase. I have decided to stay away from this particular unit, and will be steering for a full on MERC setup. I do plan on sea trialing any boat I plan purchase extensively, and as Professional Mariner that's seen the worst Mother Nature can throw at you, I plan on doing it on a dirty day if possible.

I'm going to keep up my search, as this seems to be coming on a good time of year. Lots of boat shows, and lots of trades coming in. I'll be sure to revist the thread to keep up on it, and ask any further questions.
