Jeff,
First remove the valance panel along the starboard side. You will need to unscrew the panel the lights are in, then remove the speakers and remove the nuts that hold the trim to the boat.
Then remove the lexan panel over the TV, there are two angle brackets, one above the breakers, and one under the TV. Once all that is out of the way, the TV can be unstrapped. It's not too bad of a job.

Flat screen, correct.
Bolted from behind I believe.
no lexan covering the TV, flush mounted to the cabinet face.
Hoping to remove without cabinet disassembly.
Thanks

Figured it out.
It could not be easier. There is one 1/4 - 20 bolt that holds the TV in the center from behind.
Reached it thru the DC breaker panel.
Now I can install the new one.
Thanks
Jeff
