1989 357sr1 project for 4k on a trailer......need to pay my lawyer!!!!!
For those of you that don't make your way into the classifieds very often, or know me or my situation........
I went fishing at night two and a half years ago off boca grande, lost steering, beached the boat and waited overnight on the beach for TBUS to show up.
They sank my boat.
I am suing them.
The whole thing is documented here, just google "#1, boat gets beached, #2, pro tows boat......
About the second or third result down will be the OSO thread that fuels my battle......make sure you start on page 1.
My 357......

As she sits, no motors....no drives......no tabs.....fully rigged, fastec interior......electric McLeod bolsters......

Best of luck to you on the legal stuff. Our legal battle is over now and it was quite an education to put it nicely, for about 5 years.
Not too bad of a deal on the 357. I could have jumped on that and stroked my own engines if I hadn't found mine in PA.
