I see you are from Illinois. If you look at a salt water boat that isn't maintained you will be very dissapointed. You are better off buying a little older boat that is fresh water that is clean all over and needs some mechanical freshening than a salt boat that might never be what you want it to be even with spending tons of cash. The whole lipstick on a pig thing comes to mind.

Boat is salty. I had a few emails back and fourth. The mentioned it needing Headers. No trailer i didn't make an offer but it would have been a lot under the asking. I will try to find the old emails. I had the spec sheet from Formula on it also.

Figured it would be a salt water boat by the pics and location. It depends on how mechanicaly it was taken care of. The cosmetics didn't bother me too much.

If you have any more info it would be great.

If the boat was racked at Trenton, and that is there lift they are fresh water. It may have been repowered because 500 EFI stopped in 2002 I thought. Maybe it was a 496 boat...........or maybe a Sandy, or Maybe theft recovery, who knows. I can't do it next weekend but the following weekend I can go look at it for you.

It was built with 500s. There are plenty of 04 and even a few 05 boats that will have 500s.
