Default Instrument lighting replacement

I have a 252SS, 1998, Does anyone have experience with how to get at the instrument lights for replacement without dismantling the cabin door and bulkhead? I can't get my hands up behind the panel to access each instrument. Does the whole panel come out toward the steering wheel?
Thanks

Thanks Splitdecision271, do you mean screws that I can access from below the panel to remove the whole cluster toward the steering wheel?

screws should be in plain sight at the helm, per the attached picture.

once removed they whole cluster can tilt towards the steering wheel. the wires may limit how much you'll be able to move it, but enough that you'll be able to get to the bulbs
