So last night I epoxyed up the broken pieces, should be dry today. After that I went to harbor freight and bought one of the anti fatigue mats. I then cut it all up and lined the entire sides with it. For the bottom I used the hole type mat so water can drain through it. It may not be perfect, but its still a whole lot better than it was. I also saw several WTB threads on here for 312 anchor locker doors, so I padded the under side of it as well. Hopefully this will keep my anchor from bouncing through the locker, either way, its still 1000% better than it was.

I added a few fenders to minimize the amount of movement and works very well.

I have a 312 and have never even tried to fit an anchor in the locker. I bought a Fortress anchor that weighs 7lbs and keep it in the side compartment in the cockpit. Keep the rope in chain in the locker and just hand the anchor to the GF on the bow, she clips it to the chain, drops it and it catches in the Gulf every time.
