Bridge clearance in the water is 12' If you fold down the anchor light (quick release pin) 11'. We bought a 2005 400SS with 350 D-6 volvos this may. We are doing the east coast from detroit through the erie canal, hudson, new york, delaware, chesapeake, ICW south. We are now in Savanna. GREAT boat. Perfect for 2, too small for 4..Gets 2.4 mpg at 30 mph. Runs 50, its really happy at 30-35.

Fossil we hope you are documenting this trip. I know a thread on here with pics and detail will help get me through this winter.

A sad day, indeed! We put ours to bed for the winter last week with about 38 hours of use this year. That's about average for us with this boat.

What receiver hitch are you using? If I do a tag-a-long trailer I'll need to upgrade a bit from the factory one.

I might use a receiver hitch and pintle draw bar since my storage guy can haul a pintle for me if needed.

It's a Class V Titan Solid adjustable draw bar with 2 5/16 ball
