I looked at the 97 312 in person. Hull is in rough shape, looks like bottom paint removed. Very dirty boat I walked away.

Wow, I was talking to that guy too. Thanks for posting! It was second on my list. But, the bottom paint removal stinks. These boats just shouldn't be painted. To get the bottom shiny again will be a big time investment (winter project?) or lots of labor for a shop to wet sand with several different grits and buff.
