Here are some pics of it.

That stress crack is rather concerning. Definitely get a survey done if you aren't comfortable with checking the stringers and bulkheads. I'm not going to go out and say it's rotted, but I would be VERY surprised if it doesn't have rotted stringers by the fuel tank and the bulkhead where you step down into the berth. Check under the step for moisture. It doesn't look like it was very well cared for even though someone at some point did put a lot of effort into painting evening and making it their own style.

Not trying to be a downer. But it is a 30 year old boat. Hopefully I'm wrong and it just needs some love.
