These replaced the Silent Choice box. You wouldn't have noise issues with these. Still pretty throaty but not nearly like unmuffled:

Would these fit an 05' Fastech?
From what i understand, it is currently muffled. I am going to snap some pics of the engine bay and post up here.

Those look like Corsa clamp-ons. Have you looked inside them to see if they are baffled? If not I'll bet they are loud as hell.

Anything blocking light or you being able to stick your hand in would likely be a baffle. Careful, might be sharp.
