Looks like a great time. That water is so clear. Is that part of the lake or the river? Pardon my ignorance on this. I've never been that far north to know the water ways.

I too I was amazed at how clear the water is up there. What motors and drives does the boat have?

That is pretty much how the water always looks up here. Well except in the winter when its ice Haha.

Most of these pictures were taken in the Detroit River but the one where I'm standing on the sunpad is when we were just getting into Lake Erie.

picture below is of my 272 when we made the trip a couple years back. Gives a better view of what it looks like heading across Lake Erie when conditions are perfect.

It has the base 330's and Bravo's. That being said I recently picked up a pair of fresh 420's that put out 470hp on the dyno that I will be dropping in this fall. Hoping that is enough for an honest 70mph which I will be happy with.

I am sure you will be pleased with 940 hp! I learned that TRIM (out) was a critical factor to making the 311 SR-1s fly.

I hope so! Trim is definitely important on these birds. My 272 was the same way.
